We make reasonable efforts to ensure photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and prices are accurate. Handcrafted and natural materials may have slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, finish and dimensions. Colours can also vary by lighting and screen.
Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes and additional charges are shown at checkout. Prices and offers may change, but changes do not affect confirmed orders except where correction is required due to an obvious technical error and permitted by law. We may cancel orders for unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete information, unavailable delivery or inability to fulfil customisation. Prepaid cancellations will be refunded through the appropriate method.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay, including UPI, cards and net banking. We do not ordinarily store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
Orders are prepared and dispatched according to the timelines on our Shipping Policy or product page. Delivery estimates vary by destination, courier operations, holidays, weather and other events. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and contact number.
Customers are responsible for checking customisation details before ordering. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Personalised or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, without affecting remedies for damage, incorrect goods, material defects or rights under applicable law. Customers must have rights to submitted photographs, artwork, logos and text.
These are governed by our published Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within the policy timeframe with supporting information. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Website content, branding, photographs, descriptions and artwork are owned by or licensed to Ranaya Living and protected by law. You must not copy, misuse, interfere with, gain unauthorised access to, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
